This is the absolute nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. I’ve stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels in Washington DC and Orlando that weren’t as nice as this hotel. The king jacuzzi suite is beautiful and huge. The entire hotel looks and feels brand new. The staff are very friendly. I will definitely be returning to this hotel again in the future.
I stayed in the king fireplace suite. It had Whirlpool hot tub in the bedroom and a fold out couch in the living room. The pool room was clean. It had average size pool, a kiddie pool with water fountain, a decent hot tub and a sauna. The complimentary breakfast was good with the usual plus hot options. Overall a great place to stay.
There was an issue with the extra cot re reserved, as in it was no longer available. We had to get a 2nd room so our 1 of us didn't have to sleep on the floor.
However, the staff and management were awesome they did everything they could to make our stay a great one and they were able to discount our rooms so it didn't hit our wallet to hard.
This motel likes to wait until just days before your reservation to call and tell you they can't allow it. Won't let you stay there if your address is within 60 miles of the motel? Really?
I would definitely stay again. The place was comfy, clean and stylish.
Comfortable beds, and overall stay. Just enough for a good stay. The food was ok and included in the price. Hot tub was hot and they have a kiddie pool.
