Rands trucking has got it going on! My boyfriend is a driver for them and he loves it. He has driven for other companies but none compare to how he is treated at Rands. He says that drivers are compensated all the time, and always have a way to get extra $ and bonuses. He also feels appreciated, and gets free food and drinks when he is in the home terminal. They have 5 terminals and the main terminal has a sleeping quarter and always has baked goods made by the staff. They treat their employees very well and compensate them fairly. I would suggest working here to any CDL owner.
No respect for other drivers on the road. Aggressive and careless driver. Eastbound 80, Ohio 139 milemarker, 7/14/2017 8:20 AM. Driving my personal car. Driver c2ut me off on ramp, did not yield, almost drove me into a barricade. I have 40 years truck driving experience. I would never employ a driver willing to take the lives of other people on the road. Attempted to call to report event but no answer and no answering machine.
Rands Trucking is a Family owned business for 35 years, and I am so thankful and lucky to be a part of it! I have watched the company grow since I was young, and now I am fortunate enough to take part in the success. Not only are the people at Rands amazing to work with, but everyone is laid back and always happy. There is such a tight knit family feel that you cannot find anywhere else and they are always looking for drivers to add to the team!
